Discovering and Exploring Your Psyche—A SoulCollage® Workshop

Create a snapshot of your inner psyche with SoulCollage® --a process of creating a deck of collage cards drawn from images you select. Led by your own intuitive powers these visually rich and powerful cards are filled with images that “speak to you” and give vision and voice to your inner wisdom.

The personalized nature of the cards offers opportunities for self-expression, “soul-tending” and seeing the threads of your life uniquely woven.

This “hands-on” workshop will provide an overview of the SoulCollage ® process. Using collage, a creative process that is easy for everyone, you’ll then begin to create your own personal deck of SoulCollage® cards that you can add to, delight in, and consult for a lifetime of self-exploration.

Each deck has four suits—Psychological aspects (Committee cards), Social aspects (Community), Energetic (Companion Cards), and Archetypes (Council cards) and a Source Card (expressing the ineffable spirit or divine Oneness of life)—and can contain as many cards as you are called to make.

The workshop will provide ample time for you to create cards, as well as learn ways in which they can be used for self-exploration or inner work, such as journaling, dream work, and reading your cards.

Led by Suzanne Wedow, Ph.D, a trained SoulCollage® facilitator, you’ll find this day-long workshop both fun, engaging, and meaningful.

All collage supplies will be provided.

This workshop is based upon the book: The SoulCollage® concept involves creating multiple individual, personalized collage cards by cutting and pasting pictures onto 5" x 8" mat board, and then utilizing these cards for self-exploration. Author Seena B. Frost, M. Div, M.A., studied theology at Yale Divinity School, holds a Master’s in Psychology from Santa Clara University, and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
